Yoga is an ancient spiritual science that brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind. It helps to manage stress and anxiety while increasing flexibility, muscle strength, body tone and, improving respiration, energy and vitality. Yoga places great emphasis on meditation to create inner harmony.

Our yoga classes are creative, fun, challenging. However, at the end of it all when you step off the mat, you will feel energized, yet nourished and relaxed. Yoga can seem very daunting to many. Therefore, We welcome and encourage people of all ages, sizes, sexes and fitness levels to join as I believe yoga should be all encompassing. Our training’s in yoga therapy and Our compassionate attitude have given us the tools to guide students in our classes to modify and adjust when necessary. I instill in them confidence and fearlessness, so that they can move their bodies and mind throughout their lives with acceptance and ease.
